On May 22 – May 28, New York City celebrated “Fleet Week New York 2024”. This event is to celebrate those that serve in our United States Military. OWWR, Old Westbury Web Radio was on-site and invited on board the USS Bataan to speak with IC3 Towery, Intelligence Specialist; ET3R, Electronics Technician. Plus, Lt. Jake Ryan from the US Navy Public Affairs office was our right hand during this visit and shared his expertise with us and our listeners.
OWWR News Director Luisa Garcia and OWWR DJ Sandra Dee executed a variety of interviews throughout their visit on shore and on land.
