OWWR, Old Westbury Web Radio located at SUNY College at Old Westbury reflects on the year 2015.
This year is of significant importance as we continue to celebrate our 10th anniversary into the new year. This year we embarked on many new journeys, and were featured both nationally and internationally in a variety of publications, including the cover of Radio Magazine July 2015. OWWR participated in a series of broadcasts heard worldwide including World College Radio Day, Academy Country Music Awards, and special broadcast "We Stand With France".
Our News Director Joey Pierre and Assistant News Director T'Khari Fisher alongside the entire OWWR team worked feverishly this month to ensure that OWWR subscribers enjoyed these wonderful presentations held here at the SUNY College at Old Westbury:
