Twitter's "BlueJay Law Enforcement Twitter Crime Scanner" is the device cops use to tap into Twitter. It allows cops to conduct very specific searches within the Twitter feed to see who is saying what about a certain subject.
And not only are cops looking through your personal information, but people dubbed as "Monitoring Contractors" are too. Schools, for example, are hiring these people to scan student's feeds to keep an eye on cyber bullying, something that has skyrocketed during the rise of social media.
